Very cool. I love watching the History Channel, but not as much as watching the Discovery Channel. Gotta have my Mythbusters! Oh and I can't believe you have a countdown for 12/21/2012. So morbid, lol. Though personally, I don't think anything's going to happen. And if something does happen, there's not really much we can do about it...

Anyways, I miss you, love. And I hope you are doing well.

Re: The Grand Canyon

Bueatiful photo, I have never been to the Grand Canyon although I have flown over it many times.

Re: BlackBerry Review

That is awesome! I am so jealous! My phone is pissing me off. Stuff on it has stopped working one thing at a time, so yeah, I wish I had a blackberry. And congrats on graduating! I am so proud of you :D

Re: Blackberry Bold

I know, it's been a few weeks. But I'm working on it! The phone is great, for a short review!

Re: Blackberry Bold

But you haven't!! :(

Re: The Future is Now

I love this picture! I'm so glad that I'm not graduating yet. I'm not ready to suddenly be faced with "the real world". That's probably why my major keeps changing. It's slows me down. Even though I'm not doing it on purpose or anything. I just know that I'm not ready yet to be a full-blown member of society. But as for you, I think you were born ready :) I don't see you having any problems finding a job. You are very smart and a very good person. I think people would be crazy not to hire you!

Re: Apartment Hunting

I tell you what, living alone is so above and beyond living with roommates that it doesn't even compare. The next time I have a roommate, it will be a husband, lol. It's true, there are a few perks to having a roommate, but they don't outweigh the problems that come with it. So, I'm glad you get to enjoy it! I bet you'll never go back.

Re: MeToday 2008-12-12

Man, my head is huge in this picture.

Re: iPod = “Howdy” Killer

I have been part of the College Station and Aggie Community since 1997. It is my opinion that "Howdy" is a concept and not---necessarily---a word.

I appreciate and accept that the exact word has meaning to many Aggies, but I also appreciate a general greeting, whether it be a "hi", "hello", "morin' ", "afternoon" or just a nod. I recognize each response as a greeting that is the essence of a friendly campus. To me, the friendly greeting is the definition of "howdy".

I've also seen the extreme: a dyed-in-the-wool-multi-generational Aggie who SHOUTS (as in: SCREAMS) "HOWDY!!!" at the top of his lungs to anyone who does not initially greet him. This abrasive behavior is detrimental to the essence of the idea/concept.

Re: MeToday 5-8-2008

Spoke too soon, I do have a little whiplash. There's so many units on the market, you shouldn't have trouble finding a nice one. If you're looking for a good value, I'd suggest giving Doux Chene Apartments (http://dcapts.com) a lookover.

(By way of disclosure, I'm affiliated with the ownership.)

Re: Spring Break & the Unreal World?

Yeah, I have never done anything exciting for Spring Break. For me, Spring Break is for resting and relaxing. Not for getting wasted and going skinny dipping. Not that I've ever done that. Or ever will. That's just kinda gross in my opinion.
